We are seeking two structured and organized coordinators to support the program management of DTU Entrepreneurship's programs: DTU Board Education, DTU X-Tech, and other executive events.
Introduction to the job
Your role as a project and event coordinator is crucial in providing seamless support for our activities, thereby maximizing the learning experience for our participants and guests. You will be part of a growing team of entrepreneurial minds collaborating on project support, optimizing structure, and identifying new efficient ways to carry out daily operations.
Importance of the position
Your contribution is vital in ensuring that our programs and events run smoothly, delivering the highest quality of content and support. You must be prepared to support 40 planned event days per year with extended working hours. In return, we enjoy high flexibility in our work arrangements on other days, and we ensure that we support each other as a team.
Your Role
As a project and event coordinator, we expect you to perform the following tasks:
- Planning, preparing, and supporting teaching seminars and events.
- Maintaining support systems and documentation to ensure efficient program management.
- Updating and maintaining our Learning Management System.
- Handling queries and communication regarding service and support for participants and industry partners.
- Ensuring evaluation and reporting of results.
- Supporting AV systems before and during seminars.
- Processing data and updating a CRM system.
Formal Requirements
We expect you to meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent or
- Office training or similar relevant qualifications.
- Experience in project or event coordination.

Language Proficiency
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills in both British English and Danish, as the role involves interaction with participants and guests from various backgrounds.

Salary and appointment terms
The two positions are project employments for one year. The positions are to be filled as soon as possible, but no later than 1 February 2024. Working hours are on average 37 hours per week.
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement either with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) or the OAO-S Joint Agreement and the organization agreement for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians and IT staff (HK/stat).
The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus, at DTU Entrepreneurship.
