You will be part of a team of people collaborating on project service, optimizing structure, and identifying new efficient ways to carry out daily operations.

Importance of the Positions
Your contribution is vital in ensuring that our programs and events run smoothly, delivering the highest quality of content and support. You must be prepared to support 50 event days on normal workdays per year with extended working hours, up to 11 hours. In return, we enjoy flexibility in our work arrangements on other days, and we ensure that we support each other as a team.

Your Role
As a project coordinator, you will be performing the following tasks:

  • Planning, preparing, and supporting seminars and events
  • Customer service
  • Sales and marketing support
  • Ensuring ongoing evaluation and reporting
  • Processing data and maintaining a CRM system
  • Supporting IT-systems

Your qualifications
Ideally, you bring the following experience and qualities:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Project or sales training.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project or sales coordination.

You have a strong personal drive and take ownership of your tasks from planning through to completion. As a successful coordinator, you create structure, follow up on agreed actions, communicate progress clearly, and raise potential challenges early.

You are expected to take initiative by identifying what needs to be done, seeking the information required to move tasks forward, and suggesting practical improvements to processes and ways of working.

You are curious, open to feedback, and motivated to develop. You are expected to learn through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and gradually taking on new responsibilities.

Teamwork
We are an ambitious and collaborative team driven by innovation and continuous improvement. We share knowledge, support one another, and work together to improve how we operate.

We expect you to communicate openly, align your work with shared priorities, and support the team when needed. You take responsibility while contributing actively to our shared goals.

Language Proficiency
We are looking for candidates fluent in both Danish and English, as the role involves interaction with participants and guests from various backgrounds.

We offer
You will join an international environment at the intersection of research, executive education, and entrepreneurship. The role involves close collaboration with board members, entrepreneurs, international participants, and guest VIP speakers, giving you broad exposure to different perspectives and professional networks.

You will have the opportunity to influence and improve our processes and ways of working. While event periods require flexibility and close coordination, the role also offers flexibility in how you organize your work outside these periods.
