We are looking for a student assistant with a keen interest and knowledge in Sitecore to help us maintain our section’s homepage and sub-pages with news and articles. We would also like your help in publishing news on LinkedIn.
The 4 DMAP section consists of several research groups covering diverse interests within the field of Physics. We have a section website under construction https://physics.dtu.dk/research/sections/4dmap
and sub-pages as https://solid.dtu.dk/
.
We need your assistance with maintaining and developing these sites and making regular postings to LinkedIn with events and articles.
Our expectations of you
We are looking for a student assistant who has an interest in and experience with web communication and social media. Since DTU websites are run on Sitecore, it is essential that you have knowledge of Sitecore and a general interest in developing websites. As our website is in English, you must have excellent English skills. Additionally, we prioritize candidates who are used to working independently, have a strong eye for detail. We prefer candidates who have relevant business or academic experience.
What we offer in return
We offer you a welcoming and flexible working environment, where we would like your physical presence in the office one day a week, working approximately 8 hours a week. You will occasionally be invited to section meetings and gatherings and will be sparring with a contact person in the section administration.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).
Working hours are on average 8 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is according to mutual agreement. The employment runs as long as you are an active student.
The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus.
