Basically your job is about helping the head chef(owner), fixing the working schedules of your colleagues, updating marketing strategy , budget and economy, and of course making food and be the right hand of the kitchen chef / the owner.
The job is a fulltime job (160 HOURS per month), YOU HAVE TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH ( other languages is a priority) and have passion for making food,
You have to be in a good physical shape, you have to have sense of order and keep your head cold in the stressed situations and good communication abilities with your colleagues and costumers is a must. We are like a little family, so it is very important for us that everybody respect each other. Sense of humor is a good thing to haveJ
Prepare and arrange the kitchen, ordering products, creating new dishes in collaboration with the head chef in our fusion kitchen (knowledge to Asian dishes is an advantage as the Asian kitchen is very popular in our area).
