Slotsvænget er et døgndækket socialpsykiatrisk botilbud i Kongens Lyngby, beliggende i Bondebyen i naturskønne omgivelser, nær Mølleåen. Slotsvænget har plads til 21 beboere i alderen 30 til 70 år. Vores beboere har forskellige støttebehov, men fælles for dem alle er deres behov for at blive set og mødt, der hvor de er.

Center for Sociale Indsatser i Lyngby-Taarbæk Kommune er i gang med en større omorganisering. Et af kernepunkterne er, at vi tilbyder borgere udvidet støttemuligheder i eget hjem. UHH startede op for fire år siden med fire medarbejdere, yderligere 10 kolleger er kommet til og vi har nu behov for at slå yderligere en stilling op.

Til sommer regner vi med at tage afsked med to af vores dygtige medhjælpere, som skal videre i uddannelse, og vi skal søge nye kolleger.
